Touchtel announces 50% rate cut for ISD calls to S-E Asia
New Delhi, Nov 18: Private fixed line operator Touchtel today announced a 50 per cent reduction in ISD call tariffs to south east Asian countries for its customers in Haryana.

tariffs to south east Asian countries for its customers in
Haryana.
"These south east Asian countries include Singapore,
Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong," a company
release said here.
The new tariffs would be effective till January 15, 2004.
"The reduction in tariffs is consequent to the announcement of two new customised tariff plans by Touchtel for its Haryana circle. These tariff plans are pulse based plan and the minute based plan," the statement added.
