Chennai, June 13: AIADMK will have a "decisive role" in the national politics after next year's Lok Sabha polls and there was no question of aligning with congress as long as Sonia Gandhi was projected for prime ministership, party supremo and Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa said here today. "No combination will be able to form a government on its own without the support of the AIADMK at the Centre," Chief Minister said addressing a press conference at the State Secretariat.

There was a scope for a third front at the national level, but all major political parties were now busy on the ensuing assembly polls to five states. "Only when they are free from the poll work, will they be able to sit together and discuss these matters," she said.

"As long as Congress projected its president, Sonia Gandhi, for the prime ministership, there was no question of AIADMK aligning with Congress," she said.
