London, July 20: England winger Trevor Sinclair will join Manchester City for 2.5 million pounds (3.98 million dollars) subject to a medical after terms were agreed with cash-strapped West Ham United, the club has said.
''I will be delighted if the deal goes through. In Trevor Sinclair we will have an England international at the peak of his career,'' city manager Kevin Keegan told the club's website Friday.
