Jhalawar (Rajasthan), June 13: Attacking the NDA government at the Centre, Congress president Sonia Gandhi today said its "lethargy" enabled militants to penetrate deep into Jammu and Kashmir and establish camps there. The ultras had established camps three kms into the Indian territory in Poonch and the Centre could do nothing, she told a farmers' rally here.
