Chennai, Aug 15: The city police this afternoon filed a case against former Chief Minister and DMK president M Karunanidhi under ESMA for "instigating" and speaking in favour of the recent strike by government employees.
The case was filed by the central crime branch against Karunanidhi under Section five of ESMA, police said. Bureau Report
