DMK to organise picketting agitation to protest against Pota

Pondicherry, Nov 11: Expressing their protest against Pota and Tamilnadu essential services maintenance act DMK leaders and volunteers, would hold an picketting agitation on December 1 here, DMK Convenor R V Janakiraman, said today.

Nearly 5,000 volunteers, including women, would be participating in the agitation, he told reporters here after an office bearers meeting here. He also asked partymen to gather in large numbers to participate in tomorrow's human chain programme, organised to register the party's protest over the action of Tamil Nadu Assembly against six journalists.
