Bangalore, July 18: Pakistani girl Noor Fatima, who underwent a heart surgery at a speciality hospital on the city outskirts on tuesday, "is progressing well", the doctor attending on her said. Noor was "doing well" and her vital parameters were normal, Dr Rajesh Sharma, who led a team of surgeons who performed the open heart operation on the two and a half year old child, told news agencies.

"Her progress is normal", he said adding, she would be taken off the ventillator in the afternoon.
Noor came here with her parents from Lahore in the first trip of the resumed bus service between the Pakistani city and Delhi on Friday last.
