Mumbai: A fuming Kapil Sharma took to Twitter Friday morning to narrate his appalling experience with the city's civic body - BMC. The comedian tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his tweets asking him if “these are his ‘Acche Din’”.

A few hours after Kapil’s tweets made headlines, the BMC requested Kapil Sharma to make a formal complaint and name the officer who had demanded bribe from him.


M Pawar, Chief Engineer, Vigilance assured Kapil that BMC will take strict action if the allegations are found to be true.


“BMC requests Comedian Kapil Sharma to make a formal complaint and tell them the name of the officer who demanded bribe from him. BMC will take strict action if allegations are true, dont tolerate this kind of corruption in it's depts: M Pawar, Chief Engineer, Vigilance (sic),” tweets ANI.
