For the fruits
400 grams ripe bananas
400 grams strawberries or 200 grams peaches
200 grams pineapple
200 grams figs
For the sauce
1 teacup pulp of alphonso mango
2 tablespoons fresh low fat yoghurt
Procedure
1. For the fruits, slice banana and halve the strawberries.
2. if you are suing peaches and pineapple, slice them. Halve the figs.
3. For the sauce, mix the mango pulp and yoghurt very well.
4. To proceed, pour the sauce over the fruits and keep in the refrigerator until you wish to serve.
