New Delhi, Aug 26: Reserve Bank of India would shortly be issuing Rs 10 notes in Mahatma Gandhi series with capital letter m inset. The new notes would be similar to older ones except for the change in inset letter and all previously issued notes would serve as legal tender, an RBI release said.
