Apex tribal council Naga Hoho, while condemning the attacks on NE passengers passing through Bihar and subsequent violence in Assam, appealed to the people of the region to exercise restraint for maintaining social and communal harmony in the society.
Referring to retaliation in Assam, the apex council said as the region had already enough troubles, the present conflict arising out of the Bihar incidents should be controlled immediately to let the people of all communities to co-exist.
