Etawah, July 22: A local Samajwadi Party leader was killed by unidentified persons here, police said today. Dalbir Singh, the district unit president of Samajwadi Party Chattra Sabha, was on his way to party office when three unidentified persons opened fire on him near Mainpuri gate here, killing him on-the-spot, police said. A manhunt has been launched to nab the assailants, they said adding, senior officials rushed to the spot. Samajwadi party workers led by senior party leader, Ram Gopal Yadav also visited the spot.
