The offer was made during talks between Prime Minister
Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Tajikistan President E S Rakhmanov
here.
Tajik Airlines now has a weekly service between Dushanbe
and Delhi since February this year.
Earlier on Wednesday Vajpayee said in Moscow that India and Russia have agreed to increase the frequency of air connections between the two countries. Russian airlines were also being granted fifth freedom rights to Kabul from India subject to clearance from Afghanistan government.
