Jiah Khan suicide case: Hearing adjourned till February 25

Rabia Khan had filed a fresh petition in Bombay High court against the CBI report that states Jiah's death as a suicide and not a homicide.

New Delhi: The Special CBI court has reportedly adjourned the hearing in the Jiah Khan murder case till February 25, 2016.

Bollywood actress Jiah was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her home in Juhu on June 3, 2013. The 25-year-old actress's death under mysterious circumstances had raised questions related to her personal life as well.

Recently, her mother Rabia Khan had filed a fresh petition in Bombay High court against the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) report that states Jiah's death as a suicide and not a homicide.
