Srinagar, June 22: In a major arms haul in Jammu and Kashmir, 240 under barrel grenade launchers and 10,503 rounds of ammunition were among a huge stock of arms and explosives seized by the army from a militant hideout in forest area of Baramulla district, a defence spokesman said today. Army personnel, on a tip off, raided Arian forest in the district last night and busted the hideout from where 60 remote control improvised explosive devices, 10 rocket projectile guns with 25 boosters and 18 RPG grenades were also seized.
Two 107 and 63 mm rocket projectiles weighing 20 kgs each were also recovered from the hideout near Singpora, the spokesman said. Bureau Report
