Karisma Kapoor divorce: Actress opposes Sunjay Kapur's interim plea for kids' custody

A twist in Karisma Kapoor divorce saga.

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor's divorce battle with estranged husband Sunjay Kapur took a new twist with the latter falling out in getting separated through mutual consent. The recent development in the case has been reported where Karisma is said to have opposed Sunjay's application for kids' custody.

According to Mid-Day.com, during the hearing of the case on February 2, 2016 in Bandra family court, Karisma opposed her husband’s plea for the interim custody of their kids. The actress is also expected to file a response to Sunjay's fresh petition for divorce soon, reportedly.

Karisma's lawyer Kranti Sathe was present in the court, and Sunjay was represented by his lawyer, Heer Karamchandani. Next hearing is likely to be on March 3, 2016.
