An FIR under sections 354 (outraging woman's modesty), 323 (voluntary causing hurt) and 504 (intentional insult) of IPC has been registered at the suburban Versova police station on the basis of the complaint, a senior police official said.

As per TOI.com, the model knew Mika for past five years, and would visit the singer at his place. She told the police officials that Mika had promised her work. However, when she didn't get any assignments or movies, the model decided to confront Mika, which eventually resulted in an untoward situation.

The model has alleged that she was assaulted by the singer. Meanwhile, Mika too has filed a counter-complaint denying all the charges against him. Mika told the police that this woman had demanded Rs five crore from him and threatened to ruin his career if he did not pay, but he refused. No arrest has been made in the case.
