New Delhi, July 20: NIIT's designer and developer of learning solutions division -- CognitiveArts -- has been awarded three Cindy awards for creating innovative, interactive learning programmes for insurance, medical and consulting industries. "Cindy awards for NIIT's recent acquisition demonstrates Cognitive's capability in creating effective learning software, we will leverage this capability as we integrate it and derive synergies", Arvind Thakur, president, NIIT Technologies, said in a company release.
Cindy, an acronym for "Cinema in Industry", is the premier international audio-visual competition for both linear and interactive media in the sphere of films, audio, video, multi-image and interactive multimedia.
The division won a gold Cindy for driving profitable growth developed for customer Liberty Mutual insurer, and a silver for clinical management of naturopathic pain for a Beth Israel medical centre in New York city, a company release said.
It also bagged a gold for management consultant McKinsey & Company QuantStart. Bureau Report
