New Delhi: Ram Gopal Varma is back in being a newsmaker, thankfully this time it's not for some weird tweet of his but a film titled 'Veerappan'. RGV has helmed the project which brings forth the life of this infamous sandalwood smuggler.

'Veerappan' will also showcase how his encounter was planned and what all went behind it, reportedly. According to TOI.com, a big revelation was made while filming this movie. You won't believe but the infamous dacoit did try to kidnap megastar Rajinikanth just like he did with Kannada superstar Rajkumar.

Yes! The film will show that part where Veerappan plans a plot to kidnap the Thalaiva. The report states that RGV got to know about this detail from a source close to the dacoit.
