New Delhi: Hollywood actor Pierce Brosnan is back to promoting brands in India. Without revealing the name of the brand, he has shared that the campaign has been a great association for him as it is a product that is at the core of India's "rich culture".
The actor will be promoting a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand. The TV commercial (TVC) will be launched on October 7.
The TVC will be on the theme of James bond 007 as Brosnan held the role of the fictional character from 1995 to 2004. He appeared in "GoldenEye" (1995), "Tomorrow Never Dies" (1997), "The World Is Not Enough" (1999) and "Die Another Day" (2002).
"Namaste India. This country, and its people hold a special place for me and every time I make an appearance in India, I get overwhelmed with the love and the response. This campaign has been a great association for me as it is a product that is at the core of your rich culture. Now I await the viewer's response," Brosnan told IANS.
He had earlier endorsed a suiting fabric Indian brand Reid & Taylor.
