PM Modi tweets Asha Bhosle over her son's death

New Delhi: Veteran singer Asha Bhosle's son Hemant breathed his last on September 26, 2015 in Scotland. Hemant was a music composer by profession, and succumbed to the deadly disease on cancer, he was battling for the past three years.

On this difficult time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi too expressed his heart felt condolences through Twitter. The PM tweeted:

Dear @ashabhosle Tai, pained on the unfortunate demise of your son. My thoughts are with you during this hour of grief.

Hemant died at 66. He had composed music for films such as 'Damaad', 'Nazrana Pyar Ka' and 'Shradhanjali'.
