Prince 'diagnosed with AIDS' months before his death?

New Delhi: Singer Prince, who collapsed to death at the age of 57, was reportedly diagnosed with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) months before his passed away. Online reports further claim that the legendary singer was 'preparing to die for a little while'.

As per a report in radaronline.com, originally attributed to The National ENQUIRER, a source has claimed that Prince had full blown AIDS and he was in bad shape.

“He was totally iron-deficient, very weak and often disoriented. He rarely ate and when he did, it all came right back up,” the source was quoted as saying.

Though, no statement has been issued on this issue by the officials. A cause of death is yet to be determined.
