New Delhi: Bollywood's veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is known for keeping his Twitter account quite active. The Kapoor senior doesn't shy away from making his point, be it on any controversial issue.
He got trolled on micro-blogging site Twitter for his comments on bans recently.
The senior actor faced revolt from Twitter users after he tweeted that religious beliefs should be confined within four walls and not imposed through any bans.
On meat ban he posted: "My take on bans! Practice your religion within the four walls of your house. Stop imposing your beliefs and wants on others. Live and let live."
Facing wrath regarding his views being shared Rishi further commented, "What I do, eat, drink or pray is none of your business."
He also wrote that he was a "proud" Hindu but someone who also respects other faiths.
"There's a perception that I am anti Hindu. Sad. I am a 'Proud' two time a day praying Hindu. But I respect other faiths too. I just say the truth!"
