On basis of evidences produced by the prosecution, the appellant cannot be convicted.

It is not proved beyond doubt that Salman Khan was driving and was drunk.

The way evidence like bar receipts was collected suggest fabrication.

Singer Kamal Khan, who was present in car with Salman Khan, should have been questioned.
