New Delhi, July 01: BJP today said its president M Venkaiah Naidu has declared that he will not accept any further responsibility after the accomplishment of Mission 2004, victory in Lok Sabha polls.
New Delhi, July 01: BJP today said its president M Venkaiah Naidu has declared that he will not accept any further responsibility after the accomplishment of Mission 2004, victory in Lok Sabha polls.
"He (president) is totally contended and committed to
seeing the party returning to power with a comfortable
majority on its own and the continuance of the NDA
experiment," a party release said to mark Naidu`s one year in
office.
It quoted Naidu, whom he described as "everybody`s president," as declaring that the president presides and the committee decides.
