New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's last blockbuster hit 'Dilwale' did a fairly good business at the box office, but had it not been banned in many states, the result would have been drastically different.
Similarly, it has been reported that Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) protested against SRK's 'Raees' in Gujarat, where the superstar was shooting his film. According to Indian Express.com, VHP activists demanded that the shoot be cancelled in the wake of the actor's 'intolerance' remark.
The activists protested outside the district Collector’s office and even shouted slogans, report suggests.
