Jammu, July 02: Terrorists killed a village panch and injured his wife in Udhampur district, while security forces busted a terrorists hideout in Rajouri district of Jammu division since Tuesday evening, official sources said in Jammu on Wednesday. Unidentified terrorists barged into the house of Nazir Ahmed, a panch in Batas Dhar village of Gool tehsil in Udhampur district on Tuesday night and shot him dead, besides wounding his wife, sources said. Security forces busted a terrorists hideout in Darhal area of Rajouri district and recovered two hundred rounds of ammunition for Kalashnikov rifles, one pistol with forty eight live bullets and a binocular, they said. Search operations were still continuing in the area, they said. Meanwhile, reports from Rajouri district said that a security jawan after his duty hours shot dead his colleague, Sunil Kumar, an operator, in Peer Badesar area last night, the sources said.
