Tirupati, Oct 01: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, who was injured in a landmine blast triggered by naxalites here today, would be shifted to Hyderabad tomorrow after conducting all the necessary medical tests. The condition of TDP MLA R Rajasekhar Reddy continued to be serious while IT Minister B Gopalakrishna Reddy, another ruling party legislator CH Krishnamurthy and car driver Raju were out of danger, director of Sri Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) Dr G Subrahmanyam told reporters here.
Naidu, who suffered collarbone fracture and injuries on his chest and nose, was stable but had discomfort in the abdomen, he said. A five-member panel of doctors had been formed to constantly monitor the condition of the injured, the director said. All necessary medical tests were being conducted on Chief Minister to evaluate his health condition, Subrahmanyam added. Bureau Report
