Delhi Police approached for identifying Baba
New Delhi, Aug 31: Delhi Police today said it has been approached by authorities in Jammu and Kashmir to help in identifying the terrorist said to be JeM chief commander in Kashmir Ghazi Baba who was killed in an encounter in Srinagar yesterday.

"We have been approached," Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police (special cell) Neeraj Kumar told reporters here in response to a question in this regard.
He did not elaborate.
Delhi police had arrested three terrorists of the outfit following the December 13, 2001 attack on Parliament masterminded by Ghazi Baba.
One of them Mohd Afzal had claimed that he had met him twice in the hills of Pahalgam in south Kashmir in February 2001 and October, 2001 and he is expected to be taken to Kashmir to confirm the identity. Bureau Report
