New Delhi, July 10: Lok Janshakti Party, headed by former Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan, today welcomed the decision of Congress to have an electoral alliance with secular and like-minded parties and said it would seriously consider such a tie up. "It is happy to note that Congress has realised that it needs the help of secular parties to take on BJP and other Sangh Parivar outfits which are out to divide the country on communal lines," senior LJP leader Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said in a statement here.
