New Delhi, June 29: South-west monsoon which was expected to hit the National Capital today is delayed by three to four days due to "some change" in the cyclonic circulation, Indian Meteorological Department officials said here today. "Some change in the cyclonic circulation had delayed the arrival of monsoon in Delhi by three to four days. However, light rains were recorded in some parts of east Uttar Pradesh," IMD officials said.
The monsoon has advanced towards east, they said adding, "We are closely watching the monsoon."
