Jaipur, June 20: Samata Party will contest 50 seats in the year-end Rajasthan Assembly polls in alliance with other parties.

"If there is no adjustment of seats with the BJP, Samata Party would not hesitate in contesting elections in alliance with other NDA partners or secular parties in the state, party general secretary Jugal Kishore Agrawal said in a statement.
Senior state party leaders would start discussions with other party presidents from next month to form an alternative morcha in the state, he said. Discussions would be held with Nationalist Congress Party, Janata Dal (Secular), Lok Jan Shakti, Indian National Lok Dal, and Samajwadi Party, he added.
