Chargesheet filed against Badal in disproportionate assets case
Ropar (Punjab), Nov 22: After months of investigation, the Punjab Vigilance Bureau today filed a chargesheet against former chief minister Prakash Singh Badal and his family in a disproportionate assets case in a court here today.

A Vigilance Bureau team arrived here this morning and filed the chargesheet in the court of district and sessions judge Inderjeet Singh.
The bureau said it had intimated the Speaker of the state assembly, of which the Akali Dal president is a member, about filing of the chargesheet, as required under the law.
