Baghdad, Oct 27: A huge explosion rocked the Centre of Iraq's capital today, a news agency correspondent reported. A plume of smoke rose over the Baghdad skyline in the Karrada district where international humanitarian organisations are located. Coalition helicopters flew overhead. Bureau Report
