Mumbai blasts suspect remanded to police custody
Bangalore, Sept 03: A Mumbai blast suspect arrested at the airport here was remanded to police custody till September six even as police maintained that there was no evidence as yet to suggest his links with the August 25 twin explosions.

"There is no evidence as yet to connect him (Mohammed
Fahim) to Mumbai blasts", city police Commissioner S Mariswamy
told here. "We are investigating and probing all aspects."
Police have booked cases against him for violating the Passport Act. Hailing from Hyderabad, he was taken into custody on September one by immigration officials who found that his passport was fake.
He had given a false address and personal details, police said, adding, Fahim was working as an electrician in Dubai.
Meanwhile, tenth additional city civil magistrate remanded Fahim to police custody till Sept six.
