The second explosion damaged railway tracks that crossed a bridge on the outskirts of Hyderabad, about 100 kilometers away, another police official, Ramzan Khalid, said.
No one claimed responsibility for either explosions and police were at a loss to explain why the railway tracks were targeted. Bureau Report
