Puja Banerjee, Kunal Verma call it quits – Here’s why

Mumbai: Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma have headed for splitsville. The two, who started dating each other after falling in love on the sets of Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna have decided to remain friends though!

According to a report in MissMalini.com originally attributed to TellyChakkar, Kunal and Puja broke up because they had different priorities.

Puja reportedly wanted to exchange marital vows with Kunal but the actor wanted to focus on his career.

“It was a mutual decision. Yes, Puja wanted marriage, but I don’t think I am ready for it yet. I want to focus on my career and get established first before taking on the responsibility of a family. Puja and I continue to be friends,” Tellychakkar quoted Kunal as saying.

Puja had played Parvati in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev and was a part of Krushna Abhishek’s Comedy Nights Bachao.
