However, there are other reports that suggest that Kapil is contemplating taking his show to another channel. But the latest that we are hearing is that the channel currently airing the show may rope in another popular comedian to replace Kapil on his own show!

According to a report in DNA, Krushna Abhishek may be considered by the channel to step into the shoes of Kapil. If this happens, then the show wouldn’t go off air and will probably continue with a new name. Incidentally, both Kapil and Krushna’s names start with the letter ‘K’.

But there has no official statement regarding the show’s future.

Kapil and the channel are apparently loggerheads. The star comedian is not happy with the treatment meted out to his show over a new show with a similar name on the same channel – Comedy Nights Bachao.

But the big question is – Will Krushna agree to replace Kapil?
