New Delhi: Bollywood's blue-eyed boy Ranbir Kapoor has finally tasted box office success with 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' after the debacle of his previous films. The Karan Johar directorial had a powerful ensemble cast with Ranbir, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan ruling the roost.
The film was released amidst huge hullaballoo over ban of Pakistani artistes working in the country in the wake Uri attacks. Fawad Khan too was a part of this venture, and this led to protests across the nation.
However, all's well that ends well and now we can safely say the film managed to not only mint moolah at the box office but also is Ranbir's second highest grosser post 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani'.
Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the figures. He tweeted:
