Alia Bhatt to play Sakshi in Dhoni biopic?

Mumbai: Sushant Singh Rajput may have found his heroine for the Dhoni biopic.

If the latest buzz is anything to go by, then Alia Bhatt has been roped in by Neeraj Pandey to essay the role of Sakshi in his film based on the life of Indian Cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

 Alia made her debut with Karan Johar’s ‘Student of the Year’ but went in to impress the critics with her performance in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Highway’. Since then Alia has been able to create a niche for herself and is becoming producers’ hot favourite.

There hasn’t been any confirmation from either the filmmaker or the actor in question, but it will be interesting to see how Sushant and Alia look together on screen.
