Box Office: Opening weekend collections of Farhan Akhtar's 'Rock On 2' are finally here
Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar's latest release 'Rock On 2' had failed to make an fine impression on the audience in the opening weekend. As per latest reports, the Shraddha Kapoor starrer only managed to collect Rs 7.01 crore in three days. No, we are not kidding.

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar's latest release 'Rock On 2' had failed to make an fine impression on the audience in the opening weekend. As per latest reports, the Shraddha Kapoor starrer only managed to collect Rs 7.01 crore in three days. No, we are not kidding.
"#RockOn2 is DISAPPOINTING... Fri 2.02 cr, Sat 2.41 cr, Sun 2.58 cr. Total: ₹ 7.01 cr. India biz," Hindi movie critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.
'Rock On!!' launched the acting careers of Prachi Desai and Farhan. The 42-year-old star even produced the film, which also stars Arjun Rampal, Luke Kenny and Purab Kohli and 'Rock On 2' is its sequel.
The film was about the fate of Magik, members who reunite after a decade-long split.
'Rock On 2', directed by Shujaat Saudagar, released on November 11. It also features Shashank Arora.

'Rock On 2' is not only backed by powerful music, but also by the scenic beauty of northeast India. A major portion of the film has been shot in Shillong - which is often referred to as India's rock capital.
