New Delhi: Deepak Tijori's directorial venture 'Do Lafzon Ki Kahani' is a romantic story of a boxer essayed by Randeep Hooda who fell in love with a visually challenged girl played by Kajal Aggarwal.

Amidst the shoot, the two stars realised the importance of eye donation and decided to do the same in real life. According to a report in TOI, playing the visually challenged girl has been the most challenging role for actress Kajal. She had worked with similar such students to learn about their lifestyle, she was so much inspired by them that she decided to donate her eyes. Considering that, even Randeep decided to do the same.

While shooting 'Do Lafzon Ki Kahani', the 'Sarbjit' actor realised how difficult it is for visually challenged people to do the simple things in their life. Thus, the duo has pledged to do their bit by donating their eyes.

The 'Singham' actress was quoted as saying, ''Randeep and I feel strongly towards this cause as eyes are one of the most important sensory organs in the human body since they render vision. There should be widespread awareness programmes and activities to impart the significance of eye donation and its usefulness for visually- impaired people. Medical researchers and scientists are working on developing artificial cornea, but till that happens, donating your eyes would be the best gift ever for a person suffering from corneal blindness."
