61st Filmfare Awards for 2015: 'Bajirao Mastani' and 'Piku' win big!

New Delhi: The 'starry' night of the 61st Britannia Filmfare Awards took place on January 15 in Mumbai. The red carpet saw a beeline of actors 'dressed to kill' and witness the announcement of one of the prestigious awards in Indian cinema for the films produced in 2015.

Following is the list of the winners in different categories:

1) Moushumi Chatterjee receives the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award 2015

2) Ranveer Singh wins the award for Best Actor for Bajirao Mastani

3) The Best Actress Award goes to Deepika Padukone for Piku.

4) The award for Best Film goes to Bajirao Mastani. 

5) The prestigious Best Director Award goes to Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Bajirao Mastani.

6) Neeraj Ghaywan wins the Best Debut Director Award for 'Masaan'.

7) The award for Best Debutant (Male) goes to Sooraj Pancholi for Hero.

8) The award for Best Debutant (Female) goes to Bhumi Pednekar for 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha'.

9) The Critics Award for Best Film goes to 'Piku'.

10) Amitabh Bachchan wins the Critics Award for Best Actor (Male) for Piku.

11) Kangana Ranaut receives the Best Actor Female Critics Choice Award for 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns'

12) Priyanka Chopra wins the Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female) award for 'Bajirao Mastani'

13) The Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor goes to Anil Kapoor for 'Dil Dhadakne Do'

14) The Award for Best Story goes to V Vijayendra Prasad for Bajrangi Bhaijaan

15) The Award for Best Screenplay goes to Juhi Chaturvedi for 'Piku'

16) RD Burman Award for upcoming musical talent goes to Armaan Malik

17) Award for Best Music goes to Ankit Tiwari, Meet Bros. Anjjan and Amaal Malik for 'Roy'

18) Arijit Singh wins the award for Best Singer (male) for 'Sooraj dooba hai' from Roy.

19) The award for Best Female singer goes to Shreya Ghoshal for 'Deewana mastani' for Bajirao Mastani. This is her 6th Filmfare Award.

20) Pandit Birju Maharaj win the Best Choreography Award for 'Mohe rang do lal'

21) And the Best Production Design Award goes to Sujit Sawant, Saloni and Sriram Iyenger for Bajirao Mastani

22) The Best Costume Award goes to Bajirao Mastani

​23) Best Sound Design award goes to Shajith Koyeri for Talvar

​24) The award for Best Production Design goes to Sujeet Sawant, Sriram Iyengar and Saloni Dhatrak for Bajirao Mastani

​26) Best Action award goes to Sham Kaushal for Bajirao Mastani

27) Best Background Score award goes to Anupam Roy for Piku

​28) Best Lyrics award to Irshad Kamil for Agar Tum Saath Ho (Tamasha

29) Best Music award goes to Ankit Tiwari, Meet Bros. Anjjan and Amaal Mallik for Roy

30) Best screenplay award to Juhi Chaturvedi for Piku

31) Best Story award goes to Vijayendra Prasad for Bajrangi Bhaijaan

32) Best Dialogue award to Himanshu Sharma for Tanu Weds Manu Returns
