The 45-year-old "300" and "Olympus Has Fallen" star will play Dane Jensen, a corporate headhunter who works at Blackrock Recruiting arranging jobs for engineers, reported Deadline.

To be directed by debutante filmmaker Mark Williams, the story revolves around Jensen's personal and professional priorities clash when his 10-year-old son falls ill. "The Judge" writer Bill Dubuque will pen the script.

Butler and Williams will produce the film with Alan Siegel. Voltage Pictures has acquired the international rights to the project and will be selling it at the Toronto International Film Festival this month.
