Marvel not taking back `Fantastic Four` rights from Fox

Los Angeles: Despite the rumours that Fox Studios has given "Fantastic Four" back to Marvel, the studio has confirmed that the live-action rights to the film remain with Fox only.
A website has previously claimed that Marvel was making a deal with Fox which would bring back "Fantastic Four" back to them in exchange for the X-Men TV rights, reported Aceshowbiz.
The latest movie of the franchise, "The Fantastic Four" (2015), was a major flop at box office, earning a worldwide total of USD 167 million, against a production budget of USD 122 million.
Starring Miles Teller, Michael B Jordan, Kate Mara and Jamie Bell in titular heroes, the film was also panned by critics.
