Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge

Simran (Kajol) and Raj (Shah Rukh Khan) met for the first time in a train and reunited in a train after being separated for a while. Simran runs across the platform to get hold of Raj’s hand as he hangs outside the train to receive her.

Gadar Ek Prem Katha

Tara Singh (Sunny Deol) fights his enemies on board a train that to get back his love Sakina (Ameesha Patel) from Pakistan.

Jab We Met

Aditya (Shahid Kapoor) a heartbroken business tycoon meets his vivacious Geet (Kareena Kapoor) in a train. Geet carelessly misses her train, accuses Aditya for the same and eventually seeks help from him to reach her destination!

Bodyguard

Maya (Hazel Keech) has a change of heart on seeing Lovely (Salman Khan) in the railway station. She betrays her friend Divya (Kareena Kapoor) who is in love with Lovely. Lovely has no clue who Chhaya (his secret admirer) is. Divya assumes the name of Chhaya to express her love for Lovely. And this gives Maya an opportunity to elope with Lovely and marry him.

Chennai Express

Meenalochini (Deepika Padukone) from South meets her ultimate Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan) in Chennai Express. He is the one who brings her derailed story back on track.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Shahida aka Munni (Harshaali Malhotra) who is in a train to Pakistan gets lost in the Indian side of the border after de-boarding the train without her mother’s knowledge. She gets into another train that takes her to Kurukshetra. A chain of events then land her in front of Pawan aka Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Salman Khan).
