Mumbai: A number of Indian films including, superstars Shah Rukh and Salman Khan starrers "Fan" and "Sultan", will screen at the upcoming Busan International Film Festival.
The festival, which runs from October 6 to 15, will screen Ali Abbas Zafar-directed sports drama in the 'Open Cinema' section.
"Fan", directed by Maneesh Sharma and starring SRK in the dual role of a fan and a superstar, will screen in the 'A Window on Asian Cinema' section.
The screening of the Yash Raj Films' movies will be followed up by the theatrical release of both the films in South Korea.
Other films vying for attention at the festival are Konkona Sengupta's directorial debut "A Death in the Gunj", documentary "An Insignificant Man", which chronicling the birth of Aam Aadmi Party and the rise of its leader Arvind Kejriwal, the now Delhi Chief Minister.
Girish Kasaravalli's daughter Ananya's "Chronicles of Hari", about an actor renowned for performing female roles, will have its world premiere at the festival.
Shubhashish Bhutiani's "Hotel Salvation", Irrfan's "Madaari", Buddhadeb Dasgupta's "The Bait", Vijay Jayapal's "Revelations", director Haobam Paban Kumar's "Lady of the Lake", "A Billion Colour Story" by Padmakumar Narasimhamurthy, director Suman Ghosh's "Mi Amor", "Madly", which has a segment by Anurag Kashyap and short film "The Limit" will also be screened at the gala.
