Sebi suspends registration of Ludhiana broker
Mumbai, July 02: Securities and Exchange Board of India has suspended the registration of Rajiv Kalra, a broker of Ludhiana Stock Exchange, for three months from July 21, 2003.
Mumbai, July 02: Securities and Exchange Board of India has suspended the registration of Rajiv Kalra, a broker of Ludhiana Stock Exchange, for three months from July 21, 2003.
The penalty has been imposed for irregularities in maintaining client database and executing off-the-floor transactions, a Sebi release said on Tuesday.
Kalra would not be entitled to carry on the business as a stock broker till October 20 as he failed to maintain order book and document register, the release said. Bureau Report
