New Delhi, June 24: There is a flip side to J&K Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah`s sob story as Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee contemplated his demand for granting of autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir.
New Delhi, June 24: There is a flip side to J&K Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah’s sob story as Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee contemplated his demand for granting of autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir.
In an interview with a foreign news journal , Vajpaee has said that more rights would be given to Jammu and Kashmir rather than granting it autonomy.
At the same time Minister of State for Home I D Swami on Sunday categorically ruled out National Conference demand for granting any pre-1953 status to Jammu and Kashmir.
Whereas, by targeting Jammu and Kashmir govt the VHP has demanded the division of state of Jammu and Kashmir into four parts.
