Ranchi, Oct 18: Four criminals were today killed in an encounter with the police near here, a senior police official said. The criminals opened fire at police personnel between Khunti and Namkum, 20 km from here, and were killed in the retaliatory fire, DGP R R Prasad said here. Bureau Report
